All above variations will fit the AWX/BHW style exhaust manifold bolt on, they can use stock oil lines and downpipe.
VNT20 compressor housings are larger and better flowing resulting in better spool and peak power potential, they may also work better with your specific setup depending on pipework orientation. They do require larger/custom boost pipes to fit.
